Halloween Night

A little past the right season, but I wanted to share this fun layout based on a sketch that was presented as part of our November Challenge over at Memorable Seasons (they still have their Black Friday section loaded with lots of fun goodies at 85% off!)

You'll notice me, my mom and husband carving pumpkins with Abriana at just 3 months old!
Wow, we all look so young- what 17 years and having children can do to you!

As always, thanks for stopping by! I'd appreciate any comments or feedback and would love any new friends becoming followers!
Happy Thursday!

My art project

I couldnt' help but document these photos!
Kids! The minute you turn your back- they are looking at the juicy inkpad and thinking it looks tasty!
So very cute, first a cry and then an open wide!

Always my favorite girl

A quick lift from a gal over at Memorable Seasons - my favorite shopping place (check out their sale- some great items still available at 85% off!)

My daughter laying in her Loony Toons Crib sucking on her chapon(it's what we call a binky in Spanish). I used the kit from Artful Delight again- it's allowed me sooo many layouts!

Happy Cyber Monday- lets shop!

The sweetest thing

Just a simple, grid like layout featuring another one of those old photos I'm working on,
my baby on my belly!
I chose to cut the title straight off the the white strip at the bottom of one of the pattern papers- it was perfect! It has the little peak pointing up at us and everything!
Products used were from the Artful Delight kit- can you tell I'm just loving it?!
As always, thanks for stopping by! I'd appreciate any feedback or comments and would love any new friends becoming followers!
Happy Tuesday!

Hard Work Pays Off

This layout features my son, as an 8th grader, walking into the gym at one of the highschools. In preparation for the coming football season, he wanted to stay in shape and start working out with weights to improve his health and stature.
I'm proud of my son for being so committed to his sport and made this layout to document it.

Yeah, it's the weekend! Happy Friday!

Moo cow

As I reminisce, by working on photos from years ago- I came across this photo of Abriana riding her moo cow! It was a Xmas gift from my parents and boy did she love it! I had to document her first time on it with this great October kit from Artful Delight- I've gotten so many layouts done with it and I like how the colors were perfect for this one as well!
(Excuse the black border- I needed something so it wouldn't blend in with the background!)
As always, I appreciate you coming by! I'd love any comments or feedback and would love any new friends becoming followers!

Grandpa's Pumpkin

When Abriana was a baby Grandpa would always call her pumpkin.
I could have gone obvious sharing a page with pumpkins on it but decided to take a more vintagy looking approach featuring this photo of him holding her one of the first times.
As always, thank you for stopping by! I'd appreciate any comments or feedback and would love and new friends becoming followers!

Hope Floatz

Abriana's first Valentine's day! I love how cute she looks holding that big ol balloon!
Darn dark spot-you have to use the pictures you have especially before digital!

Nothing but a crybaby

I am one to always choose to document not only the good times but also the not so good as well.
Non-stop- Wah, Wah, Wah was what we experienced the first year of my daughters life.
We were told it was colic,
we thought it might be overstimulation,
we also thought it might be her formula bothering her belly.
All kinds of tricks were tried to calm our, often non stop cry in the evening baby.
We made it through and often wonder with as much crying as she did that first year
how she turned out to be one of the most mellow people we know-
now that she is a young adult.
As always thank you for stopping by! I'd appreciate any comments or feedback and would love any new friends becoming followers!
Happy Monday!
